The media works with almost any inkjet printer. With inkjet water-slide decals after the ink has been fixed to the paper using a clear aerosol spray your decals are safe to submerge in water for separation, even though the ink is water-soluble! Inkjet decals offer the ultimate in print quality when printing photo based decals, or decals with high resolution art.Applications:We have customer who use our water-slide decals for all kinds of projects. Restoring antique watches, clocks, stoves, and even boat motors. Creating custom art for motorcycle helmets, bicycles, and car graphics. Modelers off all sorts use our water-slide decal papers to create custom decals for their model cars, boats, planes, trains, trolley cars, and even robots & rockets. Don't settle for pre-made decals, customize your project using our decal media and your inkjet printer.Instructions Apply a thin coat of Krylon Crystal Clear spray varnish to seal the printed image on the decal paper. Allow this to dry well. Tip--Apply decal within two hours of the clear coat drying to prevent crackly look. Decals are best applied to a glossy surface. If you are applying decals over models, apply with spray of glossy coating before applying the deal. Carefully cut out the decal from the sheet and dip the decal in a cup of water for 60 seconds, placing the decal between your fingers, "feel" if the decal slides from the paper, if it does then you are ready to slide the decal off the backing paper into position on the object. Gently blot excess water with a rag or old t-shirt. Allow to dry. Apply a coat of the same glossy spray varnish finish over the object to seal the deal.
